Hey! I’m Tehya.

I am a hardworking, creative, and problem-solving individual with a passion for digital media and storytelling. I am a graduate student of Elon University Interactive Media M.A program. I received my Journalism and Mass Communication B.A degree from North Carolina A&T State University in the spring of 2019. I enjoy storytelling through digital media and digital marketing. I have experience in video production, editing, graphic design, writing, SEO, and social media marketing. During my undergraduate studies, I pursued my passion through involvement with Aggie News and Views, where I served as a news reporter, and National Association of Black Journalists, where I built awareness for diversity in media communications. I also completed multiple internships with various companies including 3Degrees as an employer brand intern, QC Exclusive Magazine as a social media intern, International Paper Company as a communication intern, and Jill White Huffman LLC as a mass media intern. Currently, I am an SEO Analyst at Townsquare Interactive and own my media production business called Storytime Visuals. This portfolio is to showcase some of my work.
